Founders Letter

Today, and in June, Pride Month, gives us a chance to celebrate and appreciate the LGBTQ+ communities, and to recognize that our differences are what makes us stronger. United, not divided. Everyone benefits when the rights of others are expanded.

When we started Adventure Explorations, we spent real time together, exploring what mattered most to us and what we believed our business needed to achieve.

We walked the trails, paddled creeks and the rivers, talking to people we trusted and those we didn’t to understand what people were missing in their lives. Mostly, what we uncovered was that people’s own self- discovery was not getting the time or places it needed to be revealed.

We realized we could be a bridge…creating those chance moments between people’s discovery of their potential, of their possibilities and choices, and the freedom it creates.

Underlying this, though, is our belief in humanity. And, it has made all the difference.
