Initiatives & Low ROpes

Low Ropes and Portable Initiatives are great ways to spend intentional time working through group dynamics and leadership skills. Icebreaker activities attempt to break down barriers and create a space for vulnerability & the chance to conquer adversity by working as a team. Then, take a moment to reflect on the activities to draw meaning and application. This activity is the easiest to customize to meet your group’s needs.

GIANT SUP, KAYAKING, CANOEING, & RAFTING

Hershey’s local waterways. Spot bald eagles, osprey, herons, turtles and more. Experience the water like never before as you learn to navigate, carve, and surf your way down the beautiful waterways of Pennsylvania. Use giant stand-up paddle boards, rafts, and canoes to create opportunities to deepen relationships, increase communication, and build trust.

Clay Shooting

There is nothing quite like the feeling of excitement and the thrill that comes with shooting clay out of the sky. It can be highly challenging, yet a complete beginner can participate and enjoy it. Often called “golf with a shotgun,” sporting clays are shot on a course; no two stations are the same. A sporting clay course setup is only limited by the course designer’s imagination and the surrounding terrain. We guarantee it’ll be an experience loaded with memories – great shots, “almosts,” and incredible walks through nature.

HIKING, BUSHCRAFTING & Backpacking

Take in fresh air, listen to the local wildlife, and identify and taste local flora. Bring your baggage and feel it disappear as you explore the trails and the Appalachian Mountains. The guide will provide local stories, environmental knowledge, and equipment. Carve out some time to learn fire-craft, water filtration, shelter building, and/or navigation. If you are looking to deepen your experience, consider a backpacking trip with your group.

Rock-CLIMBING & rAPPELLING

Take your team to new heights! Rock climbing & rappelling inherently require the participants to trust, communicate, and face challenges. Designed for all abilities, ages, genders, shapes, and sizes, this activity is an easy choice. It’s safe, and you go at your pace and stop when you’re done. You will be attached to ropes and backup safety to ensure you’re comfortable and getting the thrills and self-discovery waiting for you.

aDVENTURE sIMULATORS
