WhAT MAKE Adventure Explorations DIFFRENT?

We start outside: That’s the AE Difference. Team and leadership skills, while generally universal, are often inconsistently developed, and not nurtured. At a time when mental health is being seriously challenged, consistency and custom solutions that fits the need of what is needed. There’s no classroom or auditorium that knocks down walls and obstacles like the outdoors. Both earned and developed through experiences, trust is at the core of building futures for these young generations. Our own experiences over hundreds of sessions, and industry research, has proven that this approach is a powerful formula for creating change.

We use a variety of tools to deeply engage and embed new behaviors and new learnings for teams to thrive. Escape rooms, scavenger hunts, custom-designed games, and outdoor adventures such as hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing, are all designed based on group size, goals, needs, and setting. We facilitate these activities at client locations or any event center. We include an initial design meeting, planning, including equipment, staff, set up, clean up, and a review meeting. You can also choose from our preferred partner’s list if that suits the event’s needs for a guaranteed excellent experience. 

YES! We combine Icebreakers with one of our initiative simulators in order to be a great way to play together and meet the specifically targeted goals of your group. Adventure Explorations offers a unique workplace-friendly experience that is sure to get your team more comfortable with each other and in front of the camera.

Absolutely! We adapt all our experiences to our clients and teambuilding is no different. Our team will be sure to create an experience that is suitable for your groups age, ability, attention span, time and budget.
