Trips are guided and with your private group. Gear, shoes, helmet, snacks, expert guide included.
This might be the most fun you can have. It’s safe, and you go at your pace and stop when you’re done. You will be attached to ropes and backup safety to ensure you’re comfortable and getting the thrills and self-discovery that’s waiting for you. This trip is perfect for a family getaway, unique date, bachelor/bachelorette party or exciting group outing with outdoor rock climbing and rappelling instruction by one of our experienced, educated guides.

Cancellation Policy
Payments are refundable if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the reservation date. The exception is for any pre-booked 3rd party providers who may have their own policy. Reservations proceed regardless of weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel in the event of unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your reservation, your payment will be refunded or applied to a future date that is mutually agreeable.
FAQ
Every season is a great time to climb. (we currently do not offer ice climbing) The only requirement for you is to wear weather-appropriate clothing.

Yes, we will guide and teach every step of the way.
Our trips take place typically at Chickies Rock in Columbia, PA overlooking the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County. It is absolutely breathtaking and you’ll get a view no one will when you get to the summit.
If it’s the Spring, Summer or Fall, use layers to keep your body comfortable. If the winter, we’ll be using the same gear, but the same principle applies. Wear comfortable pants and a top that you can move easily in. We have helmets if you need one. Use a non-cotton base layer, preferably lightweight (cool days) or a layer made for wicking sweat and heat away.
Wear eye protection and use Croakies to secure them. All wallets and phones get put into dry storage. Call for recommendations, if needed. Remember that wind adds windchill. Check this chart to estimate and dress accordingly: Wind Chill Calculator (noaa.gov)
