Step into a world of intrigue and excitement with our Laser Maze team-building experience. Acquired to add more portable and indoor options, we brought adventure into what is typically a one-dimensional game. More than crossing lazer lights, we’ve incorporated multiple challenges throughout the experience. We’ve found that multiple dimensions, and senses, immediately enhances teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. There is no pondering. Nothing but high-energy, quick thinking on your feet solutions. Ideal for corporate groups, sports teams, or any organization looking to strengthen their bonds, this experience combines the thrill of espionage with the satisfaction of team success.

Experience Highlights:

Welcome, and Safety Briefing:

Begin with introductions of the people attending as well as the guides. Jump in immediately into high-speed challenges to fire up people’s brains.

Participate in a comprehensive briefing on the day’s activities, safety protocols, and team objectives.

Formation of Teams:

Divide into smaller teams to encourage interaction and maximize participation.

Each team receives a mission briefing and essential tools for the maze.

Laser Maze Introduction:

Get acquainted with the laser maze environment, learning about the different types of laser challenges and obstacles.

Understand the scoring system and the rules of engagement.

Practice Sessions:

Participate in a practice session for people to familiarize  themselves with the laser maze and refine their strategy for the activity.

Receive tips and guidance from our expert instructors, as well as teammates,  to improve agility and teamwork.

Team Building Activities: (Optional)

Timed Runs:

Work as a team to navigate through the maze as quickly and efficiently as possible, avoiding the laser beams to avoid penalties.

Role-Based Challenges:

Assign roles within the team, such as navigator, lookout, and strategist, to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Communication Drills:

Focus on clear and effective communication to guide teammates through complex sections of the maze.

Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving:

Encourage teams to develop strategies and problem-solving techniques to overcome the maze challenges.

Emphasize the importance of trust and coordination in successfully navigating the laser maze.

Scoring and Feedback:

Track team scores based on speed, accuracy, and teamwork.

Reflection and Discussion:

Gather for a group session to break apart prior assumptions and dive into what each learned, individually, as well as being part of a group. What were you unclear about to solve?  Were there consistent breakdowns you were working through?
