This unique team-building experience challenges participants to navigate through a series of outdoor escape room-style puzzles and a scavenger hunt. It is perfect for fostering collaboration, creating moments to solve communication breakdowns, and creative thinking. Not unlike low ropes, the benefits of flexibility and customization brings much deeper investigations. Perfect for corporate groups, sports teams, or any organization looking to strengthen their bonds, especially when times are difficult and unclear. Relying on your teammates is not natural when people haven’t struggled together. Bonds are only a concept and theory until these skills are tapped and used. Mental challenges, mixed with different situations and personalities creates new pathways towards resolution or, at the least, lowest common denominator solutions.

Welcome, and Safety Briefing:

We always start with welcomes and introductions, far beyond hello’s and ‘who am I’. Rather, we use engaging, multi-tasked combinations to accelerate connections and awareness.

Comprehensive briefings of the day’s activities, safety protocols, and team objectives quickly sets the tone for what’s to come. What’s expected, we don’t attempt to solve. Rather, people’s own self discovery nearly always reveals it.

Formation of Teams:
Divide into small teams to encourage interaction and get people working together. Active participation is what we’re looking to creative.

Each team receives a map, a set of clues, and essential tools for the trail.

The Adventure Begins:

Teams get started and will immediately take on the escape trail, facing a series of puzzles and challenges.

Navigate through scenic trails, hidden checkpoints, and themed stations, each presenting unique tasks. Steadty teamwork and creativity between people will create surprising outcomes, shared empathy and surprising outcomes.

Puzzle and Challenge Stations:

Code Cracking:

Solve cryptic codes and ciphers to unlock the next clue.

Physical Challenges:

Overcome physical obstacles and team-based activities that test coordination and require mutual support.

Logic Puzzles:

Engage in brain-teasing puzzles that require collaborative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strategic Planning and Communication:

Encouragess teams to strategize and communicate effectively to progress through the trail.

Emphasize the importance of roles and responsibilities within the team rather than random selection or group formations driven by who knows whom. Promoting leadership naturally and cooperation, at its core, quickly turns unfamiliar faces into diehard advocates.  

Final Challenge (Optional):

Conclude the trail with a grand finale challenge that integrates the teams and requires accumulated knowledge and skills learned to solve a meaningful, but highly challenging task.

Reflection and Discussion:

Gather for a group session, reflecting on and sharing the day’s activities, achievements, and lessons learned. The support learned (and, earned) throughout the experience will come to life here. People believe in people and this forum creates candor and an openness that can’t be forced.

Integrating the learnings into day to day life, at home and at work, is the priority, however, we are vigilant to not lose this thread after the event. One-offs quickly become forgotten.
